Mind Trip to a Beautiful Body
Wednesday evenings from 7PM to 8PM
This holistic weight control program is designed to provide you with the tools necessary to facilitate change and bring control back into your life! Each week covers a different subject, together with a new challenge and new solutions that help create the Beautiful Body mindset.
You will learn about nutrition, herbal formulas designed to speed metabolism and burn fat, meditation techniques and more! Each week includes 30 minutes of open discussion and a 30 minute hypnosis session that is based on that week’s subject. With Hypnosis, you can change your thought patterns and begin to have a new outlook about yourself and your body.
Anyone may join the group at anytime

This weekly workshop is FREE to join…the only requirement is a weekly commitment to the group and a desire to change the way you think about weight loss. Payment is OPTIONAL based on a weekly donation (of your choice) to the group.
*NOTE: Participants, who make a weekly donation, no mater how much, also receive that week’s hypnosis download as well as the weekly workbook page based on that week’s subject.
Here’s an outline of what to expect in MAY, JUNE & JULY
Slender, Happy and Healthy

Before any other positive changes can be made, it is essential to first create a positive self image. During week one, you will experience the confidence it takes in order to become more positive about your weight loss goals and future expectations.
Nutritious and Delicious Mindset
7pm – 8pm
Did you know that by eating certain fruits and vegetables regularly you can actually stimulate your metabolism? During week two, you will learn what these foods are and program your mind towards healthy eating that is perfect for YOU.
Peel the Layers with Love and Acceptance
7pm – 8pm
Changing your self image also involves changing patterns and habits that we have adopted as a coping mechanism. Week four introduces positive ways of thinking and doing things by releasing unhealthy patterns.
Exercise Motivation
7pm – 8pm
Exercise plays an important roll in the pursuit of health and well being, yet some of us have gotten so far away from the motivation to exercise our bodies. Week three brings a newfound desire to integrate regular exercise into your daily routine.
Enhance self awareness
7pm – 8pm
As we grow and change, sometimes our goals for ourselves change as well. Week five focuses on re-affirming and re-evaluating goals and achievements!
Water, please…
7pm – 8pm
Are you getting your daily fill of water? I guarantee, you will notice many positive changes in your body, once you are drinking enough water! This week we will direct the subconscious mind (and our bodies) to crave water!
The maintenance team
7pm – 8pm
This is a powerful week of releasing old beliefs and patterns, to plant in their wake, newfound beliefs that are in line with your highest and best interest.
Tune in to your Ideal body
7pm – 8pm
Sometimes we spend so much time focused on dieting that it can become difficult to know when we have reached our perfect weight. Week eight, does just that! Bringing your focus and attention towards losing weight that is healthy for you to lose.
Vacation time!
7pm – 8pm
Enjoy summer fun, holidays and cookouts stress free! Week nine’s focus is on creating the mindset for guilt free eating during, what can sometimes be the busiest “eating” time of the year.
